TM Records.com is a trademark auditing and screenings search service that allows you to search international trademark databases by trademark or by trademark owners in 7 jurisdictions

You can use the system to seach by marks, class or owner
Combine results from different jurisdictions
Download full details of all hits
Add your own notes or comments to each citation
Classify citations as problematic, serious or fatal

Owner searches

• Search by Owner name in one or more jurisdictions
• Retrieve all variations of the Owner name, with trademark record count for each
• Eliminate the Owners not required

Both searches

• Combine the results from different jurisdictions
• Preview and print reports in a variety of sort orders and formats
• Click through to the Patent Office record from any citation in any report
• Email reports directly from the system
• Export the data to XML file or load directly into WebTMS
• Maintain management list for all searches
• Optionally share the search results with colleagues or clients
